About us

Who we are: A closely held distribution business established in the dynamic city of Hong Kong in 2004, owned by experienced staff with more than 9 years experience in office consumables industry and multinational management dedicated to providing our clients with top quality supplies for copy machines, fax machines, laser or ink jet printers. From a modest 90,000 US$ business in 2004, we are now proud of a turnover exceeding an average of 600,000 US$ a month. Our current client list spans in the countries of Canada, Australia, France, Italy, New Zealand, Ireland, Greece, Denmark, Sweden & Switzerland, Romania, Croatia, Kenya, Brazil, Bolivia, Georgia and Russia. We are in constant lookout for building a better client base in these countries, and to new territories where we have not yet made sales. We always appreciate enquires from probable buyers from all over the world.

Since our inception we have made customer satisfaction our number one goal. Our courteous customer service representatives are knowledgeable about our products and are always ready to assist you. We rigorously screen our suppliers and distributors to make sure that our purchased products maintain the highest levels of quality and durability. Our purchasing department works hard to ensure that we carry the latest printing supply products.

Where we are: We are based in the prestigious Bank of America Tower of central district of HK. We now service clients throughout the world. Our clients are mostly bulk businesses based in Europe. We bank with HSBC. Being based in Hong Kong gives us not only the tremendous advantage of having ourselves situated at one of the best and biggest transit shipment port of Asia, but also helps us to source products from all over Asia including Japan, Malaysia, China, Korea and Singapore.

What do we sell: We supply clients with toner and ink cartridges for copy machines, fax machines, laser and ink jet printers. We do not sell retail; ours is predominantly a bulk export and re-export business. We are not official distributors of any brand-name but we buy from the best available source. Moreover, we deal only in OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturers), supplies.

Our Product Range: We sell complete range of branded ink and toner cartridges of all prominent names. We also distribute fax rolls, photo papers and office stationary. As stated earlier, our business is mainly bulk distribution, and we do not sell retail. Our fastest and most popular product range includes Brother, Canon, Epson, Hewlett Packard, Kyocera Mita, Lexmark, Panasonic, Samsung, Sharp, Toshiba & Xerox products. Any products that you may not find in these brand names, we do supply them too, but probably are not in our priority product list.

Added Product Range(Copier Papers): We have added a range of A4 size copier papers into our product range with effect from year 2007, with various levels of whiteness / brightness and thickness. Our products are sourced from sister concerns in neighboring countries, and are exported in bulk to our buyers in Europe. We can provide 70 & 80G papers in 20ft containers, shipped to any location around the globe.

Our goal is to provide our clients with unbeatable quality, pricing and service, on an ongoing basis. We would not like to boast pages into why we are the best or what makes us different from the others, and would rather prove it in action than words.
